We can finish the hardwood floors either wood stains or coating methods, depending on the purpose of each project. We can make the stains both white and red oak hardwood flooring in a variety of colors. Wood stain is different from polyurethane coating; it can penetrate into tissue of the wood. Apart from a wood stain quality, then it also helps to keep up the wood to withstand the environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity and sunlight. On the other hand, we can coat wood floor with polyurethane on the surface only, it can not penetrate into tissue of the wood. Typically, homeowners are often coated interior wood floor with polyurethane because it can keep the surface of wood, durable and resistant to solvents such as water, soap and other detergents in home. Wood stain is ideal for exterior wood such as decks, stairs, and outdoor furniture.
